Open to all clients of TT Chiropractic & Remedial Massage who have an appointment during the specified weeks of June 2024. For weekly draws, participants must have had an appointment during that specific week. For the end of month draw, participants must have had an appointment at any time during June 2024.
2. How to Enter:

Clients automatically enter the draw upon booking and attending their appointment. No additional action is required.
3. Prize Details:

Prizes include services and vouchers from TT Chiro RM, Anytime Fitness, Bionik Wellness, Junior Top Nutrition, and S30 Studio as specified per draw date. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions provided by the respective service providers.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and resale is prohibited. If lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided. Prizes cannot be combined with other vouchers and are not valid with other promotions and offers.
4. Draw Dates and Announcement:

Draws will take place on June 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th for weekly prizes, and June 30th for the end of month draw. Winners will be announced the same day via Instagram Stories, Facebook Page, and by email.
5. Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected randomly by drawing names from a box. The draw process will be recorded and made available as proof of the random selection.
6. Winner Notification:

Winners will be notified via email and must acknowledge receipt within 48 hours to claim their prize. Prizes can be claimed at any time during business hours at TT Chiro RM.
7. Publicity:

By participating, winners agree to have their names and/or photos published on social media and other marketing materials unless they specifically opt out by informing TT Chiro RM at the time of their appointment.
8. Data Protection:

Participant information may be used for future marketing purposes by TT Chiro RM and its partners. All personal data will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

TT Chiro RM is not liable for any damage or loss incurred by participants or winners in connection with the acceptance or use of any prize. All services are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

TT Chiro RM reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the rules of the draw without prior notice. Any changes to the draw will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the same means used to announce the draw.
