Booking, cancellation, deposit and new patient offer terms

These terms apply to all bookings made with TT Chiropractic & Remedial Massage (“TT Chiro RM”, “we”, “us”), whether booked online, by phone, or in person. By booking an appointment you agree to these terms. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy (ttchirorm.com.au/privacy). Specific offer terms are set out in the Offers section and apply in addition to the general terms below.

1. Booking, Cancellation & Deposit Terms

These terms apply to every patient and booking.

Deposits

A $50 deposit is required to secure all new patient appointments. The deposit is paid at the time of booking and is applied toward the cost of your appointment.
Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.
If you cancel or reschedule with 24 hours’ notice or more, your deposit is credited to a future booking, or refunded to you on request. To arrange a refund we’ll need your bank details, as we don’t store them.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment (“no-show”), your deposit is forfeited. This covers the cost of the reserved time we were unable to fill.

Payment

The balance of your appointment fee is payable at the time of your appointment.
Fees are subject to change. The current fee applies at the time of booking.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete health information so we can care for you safely.
Treatment is provided only after a full explanation and your informed consent.

2. New Patient Offers

The following offers are available to new patients only and are subject to both these offer terms and the general Booking, Cancellation & Deposit Terms above. “New patient” means someone who has never attended TT Chiro RM, or has not attended within the last 2 years. You must be 18 or older to claim an offer.

$75 New Patient Chiropractic Offer

What’s included: a comprehensive initial consultation, a posture and mobility assessment, and a chiropractic treatment targeting your specific concern. Any additional services are discussed and charged separately, with your consent.
Price & payment: the total offer price is $75. A $50 deposit is paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment, and the $25 balance is payable at your appointment.
Eligibility: new patients only (as defined above), 18 or older. Limit one per patient.
How to claim: the offer must be selected at the time of booking through the offer link or by telling our team when you book. It cannot be applied retrospectively to an existing, full-price or completed booking.
Conditions: not transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
Validity: available on an ongoing basis while the offer is active. We may withdraw or change the offer at any time. Appointments are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early.

$99 New Patient Remedial Massage Offer

What’s included: a 60-minute remedial massage session, including an initial assessment and treatment targeting your specific concern. Any additional services are discussed and charged separately, with your consent.
Price & payment: the total offer price is $99. A $50 deposit is paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment, and the $49 balance is payable at your appointment.
Eligibility: new patients only (as defined above), 18 or older. Limit one per patient.
How to claim: the offer must be selected at the time of booking through the offer link or by telling our team when you book. It cannot be applied retrospectively to an existing, full-price or completed booking.
Conditions: not transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

3. Prepaid Service Packs

These terms apply to all prepaid service packs (“packs”) purchased from TT Chiro RM, whether bought online, by phone, or in person. They apply in addition to the general Booking, Cancellation & Deposit Terms above. You must be 18 or older to purchase a pack.

What's included

Each pack covers a set number of sessions of a specific service and duration, as described at the time of purchase (for example, Chiropractic Standard 30-minute sessions, or Remedial Massage 60-minute sessions).
Sessions are for the stated service and duration only. They can't be exchanged for a different service, a longer session, cash, or another offer (including our new patient offers), unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Current pack types & limits

5-session packs: maximum of 2 per patient. Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
15-session packs: offered on a one-time basis during our anniversary promotion only, and not sold again afterwards. Maximum of 1 per patient. Valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.

Pricing & the lock-in offer

The price of each pack is shown at the time of purchase and is payable in full upfront.
Packs purchased by 11:59pm on 30 June 2026 are charged at our current (pre-1 July 2026) pricing. From 1 July 2026, our prices and pack pricing increase.
Once you've purchased a pack, the sessions are yours at the price you paid, and remain usable after 1 July 2026 within the validity period above.

Booking & using your pack

Bookings are subject to availability.
The general Booking, Cancellation & Deposit Terms apply to appointments booked using a pack. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not attend, that session is treated as used and deducted from your pack.

Validity & expiry

Sessions must be used within the validity period for your pack (12 or 18 months from the date of purchase).
Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and are not redeemable or refundable after that date, except where required by law.

Transfers

Packs are transferable. To transfer a pack to another person, contact us so we can update our records. The remaining sessions, validity period and these terms carry across to the new holder.

Refunds

Packs are non-refundable for change of mind.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees. If we are unable to provide the services you have paid for, you may be entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund of your unused sessions.

Changes

We may update these pack terms from time to time. Any changes will not affect packs you have already purchased.

4. Care, Results & Regulatory

Results vary from person to person. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome. An offer provides an assessment and treatment as described; ongoing care may be recommended based on your individual needs.

All care is provided in accordance with AHPRA and NSW health regulations.

Our advertising complies with AHPRA advertising guidelines. We don’t use testimonials or make claims about guaranteed health outcomes.
