Dr Tainan Marchiori

Chiropractor

B Chiro Sci, M Chiro (MQU)

Chiropractic care for people who train, and for the necks and backs that come with sitting

Tainan is a chiropractor at TT Chiropractic & Remedial Massage. He holds a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University, where he graduated in 2023.

He found chiropractic as a patient, not a student. He was a young footballer picking up the injuries that come with it, and his club chiropractor got him back on the pitch quicker than he expected. That stuck with him, and it is still how he thinks about care. Not just settling the pain down, but getting you back to the thing you actually want to be doing.

He also speaks Portuguese, so if that is easier for you, just ask when you book.

Meet Tainan

We sat down with Tainan in the clinic. A couple of minutes on how he got here and how he works.

Background and approach

Tainan's interest is sporting injuries and athletic development, which in practice covers a lot more than athletes. It is anyone whose body has to hold up to something. The gym three times a week, the Sunday game, the run that is building toward a half marathon.

Alongside that he works with the chronic neck and low back pain we see more and more of, the kind that builds slowly over years of desk work rather than arriving all at once.

He is certified in dry needling to Level 1 and 2, and combines it with soft tissue work, cupping and chiropractic adjustments depending on what is in front of him. The aim is that you leave understanding what is going on and with a clear plan for where it goes next.
